dobrý den,

chci se zeptat na bolesti kloubů levé ruky. Bolí když mám prsty studené a hybu s nimi. V teple problém nemám.

Dobrý den, chci se zeptat,
babička bydlí asi měsíc u nás
doma a já nemám moc čas,
abych s ní mohla být při každém
jídle. Sice se s manželem doma
docela střídáme a děti taky
poletují pořád kolem domu, když
nejsou ve škole, ale asi víte, jak
to bývá. Díky tomu, že už hodně
dlouho trpí revmatoidní
artritidou, má docela
"neohrabané ruce", docela mě
trápí, když vidím, že se nemůže
pořádně sama ani najíst, aniž by
ji ruka při stisku lžičky bolela,
nebo aby většinu vylila, nebo
vysypala než jídlo vůbec dá do
pusy. Vím, že je potřeba
přizpůsobit i stravu asi, ale
babička je jinak naprosto v
pořádku, chuť k jídlu má skvělou
a trávení také, takže si říkám,
proč jí upírat normální jídlo,
které i nějak chutná. Hledala
jsem nějaké pomůcky, které by
při jejím onemocnění mohli
pomoci k lepšímu stravování,
nebo usnadnit stravování. Našla
jsem nějakou lžíci a příbory se

ale nevím, zda je to vůbec k
něčemu, zda to vyřeší to, že má

pohyblivost. Nedovedu si moc
představit, když nejsem v její
kůži, co by jí mohlo pomoci.
Viděla jsem někde i nějakou
elektronickou lžíci, nebo nevím
na jakém principu to fungovalo,
ale sama se vyvažovala, dle toho
jak ji člověk naklonil, aby se
trefil do pusy a zároveň při horší
manipulaci nic nevylil. Ale to
nevím, kde jsem viděla :-( a ani
zda jsem to pochopila dobře,
nebo zda to není jen pro jiná
postižení a nemoci. Můžete mi
prosím poradit, zda to co jsem
našla je vhodné, nebo mi
doporučit i jiné řešení? Ráda
bych, aby neměla pocit, že už
nic nezvládne sama, když jí to
myslí a má radost ze života, ale
tyhle "maličkosti" ji docela sráží
a pak i všechny okolo. Jak jsem
řekla, pro nás ostatní je asi
nepředstavitelné, jak to musí mít
těžké, bohužel to musíme brát
tak, že nás také čeká stáří a
nikdy nevíme, co budeme
potřebovat my, tak aspoň už
nabereme zkušenosti sami pro
